FAQ
1. What if I need to change my timeslot or day? If you can't make your originally purchased time or day, we get it! You do not need to purchase a new ticket, nor is your current ticket invalid. Here's what will happen when you arrive at a different timeslot or day: your ticket will scan orange instead of green, and you'll be able to enter the attraction.
2. Where do I park? We are located on the corner of 83rd and Aurora Ave. There is street parking located throughout the neighborhood on the west and east sides of Aurora.
3. Do you have a restroom on site? We have a restroom between the office and the DJ booth inside the game garage. When you enter the garage, it will be on your left.
4. I didn't get my photo. Where can I find it? Send us an email at [email protected]. We'll track down your photo and make sure you get it! When you send the email, please send details so we can track it down easier: how many people were in it, etc. If you have a reference photo of the people in your group, that helps too!
5. Is your hot chocolate dairy-free? The hot chocolate is NOT dairy-free, but we do have dairy-free whipped cream. For those who prefer no dairy, we have cider available instead of hot chocolate.
6. When is Santa coming? Get ready for Santa photo ops! Santa will be here the following dates and times:
• December 17, 3-5 pm
• December 20, 1-3 pm
• December 21, 3-5 pm
• December 22, 3-5 pm
• December 23, 1-4 pm
7. When is Krampus coming? Krampus is back! Krampus will be here December 20 & 21 from 6-9 pm each day.
8. I had to cancel, can I get a refund? If you can't make it to your originally scheduled day and time, we're happy to welcome you back at any other time and day when we're open. However, we do not do refunds for purchased tickets.
9. You closed due to weather during my timeslot, what happens now? No worries! Come at any other time on a day when we're open. Your ticket will still work and you do not have to buy another ticket.
10. Why are there different prices for tickets? We do that to accommodate the extra resources we need to run smoothly. There are certain days where we expect to be running at full capacity, and that will be reflected in the ticket prices for what have historically been the busiest timeslots on those days. Ticket prices during those "peak" times are increased by $2 per ticket. Thank you for your understanding!
11. I'm bringing one of my kiddos, why are the timeslots different? There are certain days when we plan to sell alcohol this year, and on those days, minors need to be clear of the premises by 9 pm. If you're buying a ticket on one of those days, you'll notice that when you reply "yes" to the prompt, your available timeslots for purchase will automatically cut off at 8 p.m.
12. What is the group discount? Groups of 4 or more tickets get a $1 discount per ticket!
13. What is After Dark? On December 13, 14, 20, & 21, we'll be hosting special 21+ "After Dark" nights featuring spiked hot chocolate, beer, live entertainment and performances, bands, Christmas storytelling, and karaoke! Proceeds from alcohol sales will go to the nonprofit Analog Heart Collective and will benefit local organizations dedicated to the wellbeing of Aurora Ave.
14. Can I bring my dog? We love pups! Please keep your dog on a leash during your time at :)
